Denver – The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) announced today that The Aurora Highlands, Westerly, Specialty Appliance, Fusion Sign & Design, Ent Credit Union, Pella Windows & Doors of Denver and Northern Colorado, Heritage Title Company, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Independence and Xcel Energy have signed on as sponsors of the 2024 Denver Parade of Homes. Denver’s go-to local new home show and designer housing tour will return Thursday, Aug. 8 and run through Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024. 

The longstanding new-home showcase tradition hosted by the HBA is a free, self-guided tour of the best new homes and communities in Metro Denver is open to the public for three weeks in August. Online and in-person attendees can tour the largest showcase of the latest in architecture and home design along the Front Range when, where, and how they want. Virtual home tours are available on-demand at ParadeofHomesDenver.com and in-person tours are open to the public on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. during the Parade.

The 2024 Parade will showcase 75 newly designed model homes and one featured community by 26 area residential builders and developers located in neighborhoods throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Online and in-person, Parade-goers will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this free event that is open to the public.
