DENVER  – The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) announced today the first Denver-area home builders and developers confirmed for the 2026 Denver Parade of Homes, along with several new additions to this year’s event. Joining the Parade are American Legend Homes, Barefoot Village, BLVD Builders, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, Brookfield Residential, Camerata Homes, Cardel Homes, Century Communities, David Weekley Homes, Dream Finders Homes, DRB Homes, Highland Development Company, KB Home, Koelbel, Lennar Homes, McStain Neighborhoods, Nassar Land Company, Northstar Custom Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Shea Homes, SLC Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes, Terra Firma Custom Homes, Toll Brothers, Tri Pointe Homes, Trumark Homes, Westerly, and Windler.

The Parade, Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour, presents the premier showcase of new homes and communities across Metro Denver, from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora. This year’s event also extends into the peaks of Grand County, giving Parade-goers the chance to tour new mountain homes in one of Colorado’s most sought-after destinations, Winter Park. Hosted by the HBA since the 1950s, this annual tradition returns from Thursday, Aug. 6, through Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026. The Parade will take place on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, running from noon until 5 p.m.

New this year, the Parade introduces the Designer Challenge, where two of Denver’s top interior designers go head-to-head, each reimagining nearby luxury townhomes by Koelbel with the latest in home furnishings and finishes. Parade-goers can tour both homes and cast their votes to crown the winner.

The 2026 Parade also debuts a brand-new mobile app. Attendees can plan their tour, view home details, save their favorites, buy tickets, and vote for the People’s Choice Awards and Designer Challenge winner, all from their phone. The app will be available alongside ParadeOfHomesDenver.com.

In-person tour tickets are $10 early-bird through August 5, $12 from August 6 through 23, and kids 13 and under are free. A portion of every ticket supports Home Builders Foundation, a Denver-area nonprofit that builds independence and elevates lives for individuals and families with disabilities. The ticketing platform will launch with the app in July.

“The Parade of Homes is a proud tradition of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, showcasing the strength and creativity of Denver’s new home building industry,” stated Ted Leighty, chief executive officer of the HBA. “This annual event invites prospective buyers and design enthusiasts to explore a wide variety of homes and communities across the Denver Metro area. It’s not only a chance to find the perfect new home, it’s also an inspiring glimpse into the latest innovations and trends from some of the region’s leading builders and developers.”

This year’s Parade will showcase a wide range of new homes, from no-maintenance townhomes and paired homes to custom-built, high-end luxury, state-of-the-art homes, all for sale along the Front Range. Visitors will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in architectural and interior design trends, cutting-edge home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire.

The full slate of participating home builders and communities, plus home details, will be announced shortly. For more information, visit ParadeOfHomesDenver.com.
