DENVER As families look for enriching ways to keep kids engaged during the summer months, Bodies – The Science Within is joining the national conversation around National Summer Learning Week, July 6-10, 2026, by highlighting the exhibition’s unique educational opportunities and launching Half-Price Tuesdays throughout the month of July.

Now extended through Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at the Denver Pavilions, Bodies – The Science Within offers visitors an immersive exploration of human anatomy through real human specimens carefully and respectfully preserved for educational purposes. The exhibition examines the human body system by system, transforming biology lessons into a hands-on experience that visitors of all ages can see and understand up close.

National Summer Learning Week, observed across the country each year, emphasizes the importance of keeping children engaged, curious, and learning throughout the summer. The educational mission of Bodies – The Science Within aligns naturally with that goal, offering families a screen-free experience that sparks curiosity and encourages exploration.

“Summer is the perfect time for families to discover something new together,” said Rand Levy, co-producer of Bodies – The Science Within. “The human body is one of the most fascinating systems we will ever study, and this exhibition helps bring that science to life in a way that is accessible, memorable, and inspiring for visitors of all ages.”

Throughout National Summer Learning Week, the exhibition will spotlight a different body system each day on its social media channel through its “System a Day” educational campaign, encouraging visitors to learn more about movement, respiration, the nervous system, and how the body’s systems work together.

To further support learning beyond the exhibit walls, Bodies – The Science Within offers free curriculum-connected teaching guides in English and Spanish that families, educators, homeschool groups, and youth organizations can download and use before or after their visit. Printed copies of the teaching guides will be available on-site during National Summer Learning Week. The exhibition is also presented in both English and Spanish, helping make science education more accessible.

As an added incentive for summer visitors, Bodies – The Science Within is introducing Half-Price Discovery Tuesdays throughout July. Every Tuesday throughout the month, guests can purchase admission tickets at 50-percent off regular prices, making it easier for families to experience the exhibition during summer break.

Seen by more than 5 million people in more than 60 cities across Central and South America and Europe, Bodies – The Science Within made its U.S. debut in Denver in May and has since extended its run due to popular demand.
